Quality management approach

The quality management approach will ensure quality is planned for the process, client and candidate. In order to be successful, Dajwood will meet its quality objectives by utilising an integrated quality approach to measure quality and continuously improve the service to its client.

If an improvement is to be implemented the HR consultant and director will review, all documentation will be updated to include the improvement.
